Shipping Policy
Once your order is confirmed, our team carefully prepares your jewelry and accessories with love and attention to detail.
Orders are usually processed within (1–2 business days) and handed over to our trusted (delivery company name).
Your order will typically arrive within (3–5 business days), depending on your (location or governorate).
All items are shipped in (Zijewel’s signature boxes and protective packaging) to ensure your accessories arrive in perfect condition.
Please keep the original packaging if you plan to request a return.
The delivery company receives sealed shipments directly from us and delivers them to you unopened — they are not authorized to open or inspect your parcel.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order placed through Zijewel, you can do so before the item is shipped.
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation and refund can be requested within (14 days from the delivery date, in accordance with our return policy.
Return Policy
We want you to absolutely love your new accessories!
However, if something isn’t right, we accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.

You must provide the (receipt or proof of purchase).

Returns must be requested within (14 days) of receiving your order.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a (return shipping label) and detailed instructions for sending your package back.
Please note that items returned without prior request will not be accepted.
