Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No, you don’t need an account to shop at Zijewel — you can place your order as a guest.
However, creating an account lets you track your orders easily, save your shipping details, and enjoy a faster checkout experience next time.
Is my personal information kept private?
Yes, absolutely. At Zijewel, we take your privacy and data protection very seriously.
Your personal information is kept secure and will only be shared with trusted third parties when necessary to process your order — always in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

What payment methods does Zijewel accept, and is it safe to use my credit card online?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and (Mada / local cards). You can also choose to pay on delivery for your convenience.
All online payments are processed through a secure and encrypted checkout system, so your personal and payment information is always safe and protected.
My coupon code didn’t work
Please make sure that the discount code is still valid and hasn’t expired.
Keep in mind that only one promotion or discount can be used per order — multiple offers can’t be combined.
Double-check that the code is entered exactly as received (paying attention to upper/lowercase letters).
If the problem continues, try clearing your browser’s cookies and cache, then re-enter the code.

How long does delivery take?
The delivery time differs from one place to other.
Please allow a day for us to process your order and hand it over to our shipping company: if you are from Cairo or Giza, your order will arrive within two days
And if you are from Alexandria or Down Egypt, your order will reach you within four days
And if it is from upper Egypt, your request will reach you within a week
How do I return an item?
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a full refund within 14 days.
Return requests should be submitted through our returns center.
What's your return policy?
We’re committed to offering you the best online shopping experience in Egypt and are always happy to assist with refunds or returns.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
We do not accept returns for underwear, lingerie, face masks, bodysuits, socks, or swimwear. However, you can check your order before payment.
If you receive a damaged item, please report it within 2 days of delivery (including weekends and holidays) so we can take the necessary action. Reports made after this period cannot be processed.

Can I check my order before receiving it from the courier?
Because we care about your order, you will be able to check the order while delivering it to you.
I have not received my refund
Refunds are to be done through the same payment method you used.
Credit card refunds can take from 5 to 10 business days to be reflected in your bank account.
COD orders will have their refund by transferring the amount to your bank account or the post office.
Refunds may take up to 14 working days.
